The parts manufactured in our plants are used in operations all over the world. Following trends, we have made large investments into the purchase of modern CNC machines. We particularly focus on product control, so that each item manufactured in our company is subject to a control at receipt, interphase control and final control.
In recent years we higly improved the welding. Our certified welders have welded a considerable number of high pressure valves by 141 (TIG) and 111 (REL) procedures. We can also offer welding by MAG procedure solid wire and flux cord wire, as well as surfacing of stellite.
We provide examination services of welded joints by radiography, ultrasound, magnetic flux and examination by penetrants, which is carried out by a licensed laboratory, our partner.
